Dealing With Stress

What was the point of today? What have I got done, really? Spent the whole day on the phone and email, fielding pointless interruptions from people who don’t understand the first thing about what I do!! But they’re intent on stopping me doing it anyway. Paarrgghhh!

If you have days like this unfortunately you’re not alone. Here in Britain, the Health & Safety Executive believes as many as 1 in 5 of us (that’s 5 million workers) are suffering a high level of work-related stress.

High ongoing stress levels are linked to illnesses as diverse as backache, heart attacks, cancer and mental illness. We need to understand how to deal with stress better to save our physical and mental health.

Emotional Freedom Techniques
